Kollegiengebäude (KG) IV, home to the University of Freiburg English Department, is conveniently located in Freiburg’s city centre. University lecture halls and classrooms as well as the main university library, other department libraries and the student cafeteria (Mensa) are all within a 5 minute walking distance.

Close proximity to other university departments, the picturesque campus courtyard and the surrounding greenery serve to create a unique campus atmosphere.

For those commuting to and from the north part of campus (Institutsviertel), KG IV can be easily reached by bicycle in just a few minutes.
