Master of Science in Mikrosystemtechnik (German)

Application procedure


The German language master’s degree programme in Mikrosystemtechnik (Microsystems Engineering) has been primarily designed for students with a bachelor’s degree in microsystems engineering.


To apply for the German master’s degree programme in Mikrosystemtechnik, please fill in the online application . Print it, sign it and send it by regular mail (not e-mail) to the address below together with the following documents: 

  • A certified and (if necessary) translated copy (German or English) of your undergraduate diploma. If you have not yet completed your undergraduate studies, a certified transcript of records is sufficient
  • A certified and (if necessary) translated copy (German or English) of your grade transcript
  • Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge Certificate)
  • Curriculum vitae or résumé
  • Personal Statement of intent
  • At least one recommendation letter from a university professor to be submitted in a separate envelope, sealed and signed by the referee
  • APS certificate (for Chinese and Vietnamese applicants only)

 

Application deadlines:

Summer Semester: 15 January
Winter Semester: 1 June

 

Note:
Please note that all application documents must be submitted as hard copies. Application documents will not be returned (regardless of whether you are admitted or not).
