Regional Competence Centre for Baden-Wuerttemberg

Regional Centre of Competence Baden-Württemberg

The regional Transinterpret Advisory Centre actively assists in the development of local interpretive projects in the three Baden-Württemberg partner areas. Projects are diverse and include thematic routes, interpretive trails, guided walks, exhibitions and visitor centres.

All interpretive projects in the LEADER+ areas of Southern Black Forest, Northern Black Forest and Hohenlohe-Tauber can order the checklists with Transinterpret recommendations free of charge.

Expert knowledge is not enough to inspire visitors

Additionally, it is possible to arrange for more intensive project-based coaching, which is carried out by Advisory Centre staff. Advice can be helpful prior to writing funding applications, but is also useful during the planning stages of a project or its implementation. Advice and coaching are particularly valuable where local project teams have no prior knowledge of heritage interpretation or communicating specialist knowledge to a wider audience.

Transinterpret quality label

Irrespective of whether you have arranged for project coaching or not, it is possible to carry out a SWOT-analysis of your interpretive trail, thematic route, exhibition or guided walks. If your interpretive provisions meet the recommendations and standards developed by Transinterpret, you will be awarded our quality label. All recipients will be highlighted on our internet portal.

Should you have any questions, we will be pleased to assist in any way we can. Please contact our team!
